I filled out my credit card information, and clicked "Activate," but nothing happens, or the next page is blank. What's wrong?

Currently, a small percentage of customers are having difficulty seeing the fourth tab in registration, which allows the creation of screen names and passwords. If you are unable to see the fourth tab and therefore unable to create any screen names, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@cosmeo.com.

I'm on the fourth tab, and I've entered the screen names and passwords I wanted, but I don't see a way to continue. What do I do now?

Currently, a small percentage of customers are having difficulty seeing or clicking the "Enter Cosmeo" button on the lower right side of the screen. If you do not see the "Enter Cosmeo" button, and therefore did not create any screen names, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@cosmeo.com.

Why won't the site accept my credit card? I know there's nothing wrong with my card, so why doesn't it work?

At this time, certain debit cards do not work properly during the registration process. If you are using one of these cards, we recommend you try a different Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card for registration. If your card is denied during registration, please tell your bank to allow any credit card authorizations from Cosmeo before trying to register again.

How much is this service? What do I get for my fee?

Your Cosmeo membership includes 1 parent account and 4 student accounts, each with its own screen name and password. All accounts can log on at the same time.

May I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your credit card will not be billed if you cancel within your free trial period. For more information about refunds, please see the Terms of Use.

I can't log in! What's wrong?

If your sign-in attempt fails, please note if you receive an error message stating:

Login Failed...
Please check that you have spelled your screen name and password correctly and try again.

If you receive this message, please try again, or click on the "Forgot your password?" link to retrieve your screen name and/or password.

However, if you do not receive the error message above, please follow these steps:

Step 1
Check that your Internet Explorer cookie settings are Medium High by going to ToolsInternet Options → select the Privacy tab, and adjust the slider to Medium High.

Step 2
Check that your Internet Explorer cache settings are marked to check for new pages Every visit to the page: go to ToolsInternet Options → select the General tab → click the Settings button (in the "Temporary Internet files" section), and select the Every visit to the page option.
