Your Screen Name

When you first subscribe to Cosmeo, you are asked to select a user name. This is your Parent Account Screen Name—the main screen name for your Cosmeo account. You can change it at any time.

Changing Your Parent Account Screen Name

1. Click Parental Account in the top menu bar.

2. In the Change Screen Name section, click the Go button to open the Set Up Your Account – Parents dialog box.  

3. Delete your existing screen name and type your new choice in the Username box.

4. There is no need to change your password and security question. However, you can change either or both here if you'd like.

5. Click Submit.
